Scorpion Muaythai academy, Slovenian Muaythai Federation and IFMA have joint forces again in preparation for the 1st round of the Muaythai league (MTL), which will be staged in the town of Novo mesto, Slovenia on 21. May at 17hrs.
The MTL has spread additionally in the last year and for the time being consists of 8 members, becoming the strongest regional Muaythai organization. This year's system is similar to the previous year with four qualification tournaments where the best fighters and the best gyms will be selected. The closing of the league will be a professional gala in February 2012 again in Novo mesto.
This time in Novo mesto, we will be able to see around 20 fights, with many national team members from IFMA countries pariticipating.

In the next round of the competition on 18th of June, the league is breaching the Slovenian borders and will be staged in the city of Novi Sad, Serbia.
